I ordered a diving knife before Christmas, but it was sent back to the seller due to an incomplete address. I reached out to the seller immediately to update the address and requested that they resend it once it was returned. I understand that the holiday season might cause delays, but I still have not received it. I've been messaging the seller, and although they initially responded, they are now ignoring my messages. I've reported the issue to the payment service, which has frozen my payment, but all I want is the diving knife. Very disappointing customer service from the seller.
