I ordered a diving knife before Christmas, but it was returned to the seller due to an incomplete address. I contacted the seller promptly to update the address and asked for a resend once it was returned. While I understand the holiday season can cause delays, I still haven't received it. I've been reaching out to the seller, and although they initially responded, they are now ignoring my messages. I've reported this to the payment service, which has frozen my payment, but all I want is the diving knife. Very disappointing customer service from the seller.

The representative assisted us and was exceptionally helpful. The store was busy, yet everyone seemed to receive excellent service. We were looking for masks, snorkels, and wet boots, and they had a wide selection available, including prescription masks. We left with our purchases feeling very satisfied and even more excited for our trip!
I spoke with a representative over the phone to discuss various options. We exchanged emails and had several calls; the service was exceptional! They made a complicated decision much easier and were very knowledgeable, never making me feel pressured. I will definitely be a returning customer!
I’ve used this seller multiple times with great satisfaction. Recently, I ordered a dive computer for a Christmas gift from another service based solely on price. They quoted a delivery time of 5 to 9 days, but after no updates, I found out it would take an additional 6 to 10 days. After researching, I discovered that the other service ships from the EU, which wasn’t clearly stated. I canceled my order and then ordered from this seller. The item arrived the next day as promised, and I received timely updates about the delivery. I regret not purchasing from this seller initially.
