I ordered a diving knife before Christmas, but it was returned to the seller due to an incomplete address. I contacted the seller promptly to update the address and asked for a resend once it was returned. While I understand the holiday season can cause delays, I still haven't received it. I've been reaching out to the seller, and although they initially responded, they are now ignoring my messages. I've reported this to the payment service, which has frozen my payment, but all I want is the diving knife. Very disappointing customer service from the seller.
