I'm disappointed to give a 1-star review since I consider myself a loyal customer and have made many purchases. I like the clothes, but I’m extremely frustrated with the customer service and returns process. My return was received three weeks ago (as per the email confirmation), but I haven’t received my refund. I’ve emailed and messaged with no response or acknowledgment. It feels like they’ve vanished as I haven’t received any replies to my inquiries. This is very upsetting given the amount of money involved. I’m unlikely to purchase from them again and doubt I’ll see my money for the returned item. So disheartened.
