I received my raspberry jumper! Wow! I'm so happy! Firstly, it arrived promptly and was beautifully packed. Secondly, I’m 5.8” and around 11.9-12 stone with a curvy athletic build. I ordered a medium size (which was the only one left, and I was fine with that) but could have possibly worn a small. The style is definitely oversized. The quality is stunning and the color is beautiful! It’s soft, chunky, and feels & looks high-end. It’s been a long time since I’ve ordered something online that I’m thrilled with and don’t plan to return! I love this jumper!
I bought the cuff bracelet (which I loved!) and wore it twice before it unfortunately broke. I sent it back and received return confirmation from the company on December 11th. Today (January 9th) I still haven't received my refund, but I assume this is due to holiday closures.
I'm disappointed to give a 1-star review since I consider myself a loyal customer and have made many purchases. I like the clothes, but I’m extremely frustrated with the customer service and returns process. My return was received three weeks ago (as per the email confirmation), but I haven’t received my refund. I’ve emailed and messaged with no response or acknowledgment. It feels like they’ve vanished as I haven’t received any replies to my inquiries. This is very upsetting given the amount of money involved. I’m unlikely to purchase from them again and doubt I’ll see my money for the returned item. So disheartened.
I ordered two items; I kept one, which is lovely. I returned the other, which was received on December 8th. I’ve tried to reach out to the company via email and WhatsApp but have yet to receive a reply. Their website states 3-5 days for refunds, but it has now been 10 working days. The products are lovely, but their customer service is lacking. I’m still waiting for my refund. I won’t be buying from them again.
Order number - #379314. I received my order. The dress was torn, and I didn’t like some of the shirts. I immediately reported the issue with the dress and sent photos. I received an email assuring me not to worry and to return the dress. I sent both items back with the return form. After almost three weeks, I received a letter stating my return was canceled without explanation. I didn’t receive my money. Be cautious and avoid purchasing from this seller.
I have proof that my order #374063 was received and signed for at the company for a full refund on 18/11/2025, but I have yet to receive it. I’ve tried to contact them via WhatsApp and their contact form, but no one has responded. I am out a significant amount of money with no other means of contacting them.
The sizing was off, and the item looked nothing like the image on the website when I tried it on, even after sizing up. I used the WhatsApp option to contact the company, which claims to be responsive, but no one has read my message. Very poor customer service; I won’t be ordering from them again.
