I ordered two items; I kept one, which is lovely. I returned the other, which was received on December 8th. I’ve tried to reach out to the company via email and WhatsApp but have yet to receive a reply. Their website states 3-5 days for refunds, but it has now been 10 working days. The products are lovely, but their customer service is lacking. I’m still waiting for my refund. I won’t be buying from them again.
