I politely asked one of the security staff members for assistance, but instead of helping me, she dismissed me completely. To my shock, she even smiled as she turned me away, offering no support whatsoever.I was traveling with my young daughter, and the situation caused me significant stress, especially in such a crowded and chaotic environment. I understand that I could have taken more precautions, but in moments like these, passengers should be able to expect at least some basic assistance or understanding from airport personnel.Eventually, I managed to solve the issue by restarting my phone, but the lack of compassion and the way I was treated left a very negative impression. I hope that your staff can be reminded of the importance of basic respect and support toward travelers, especially families.
