It is shocking the situation at Bergamo’s airport. Huge queue for the security control, the screen said waiting time 23min, the queue was moving and it took me one hour to get to security.No staff , absolutely no one to ask what was going on. Near the security belt there was only one member of staff. I felt for him, he got all the frustration of the people queuing. Lots of people lost their flight because there was no help in getting through people on the first flights first.I never want to fly from this airport ever again!
