I ordered a coat that was supposed to be a mens large, but was, at best, a children's large. I tried to exchange it or get my money back, but was told it would cost me more to return it and that I should order another coat at a discount – this time they would get the size right. Decided to cut my losses. I wish Google could prevent sites like this from popping up, but shame on me for not doing more homework.
