Items received had extreme manufacturing defects (sleeves on a 'Small' coat were 4 inches longer than a 'Medium' jacket). When I requested a refund, the merchant refused a same-day cancellation and then demanded I commit Federal Customs Fraud (18 U.S.C. § 542) by declaring a value under $18 for a $146 order. Return shipping to their warehouse costs more than the items themselves. Currently under CFPB investigation. Avoid this merchant.
The delivery schedule is ridiculous -- it's over 2 months, at least (one estimate from the tracker was 4/5-6 for an order placed 2/15; another estimate was July!) The clothes are likely to be out of season when you get them. I'm trying to cancel my order now. Also, there is a $60 fee PER MONTH associated with the help feature -- AVOID WORKING WITH THIS VENDOR!!!!

3. Their email does not work when you request a refund. You receive a message that their system rejected the message for policy reasons. yet all of their marketing emails make it to me just fine.
This company is a scam! I ordered from them twice, one after another as they offered me a discount to order immediately after I placed my first order. I never did get the discount. Anyway, my order arrives, and only one of the items is what I actually ordered. The other three items completely different and one of them had bleach spots on it. It is impossible to reach this company and you cannot return anything or get your money back. Even though the website says you can, it does not matter. You cannot return anything and they will not fix orders where they have sent you completely wrong items or damaged items. I am out hundreds of dollars and want to warn others. Do not even think about shopping on this site. It should be shut down, I am contacting Better Business Bureau and anyone else I can think of to join the many other people who have been ripped off by Milano Legacy, and trying to get it shut down
Exercise caution with this platform. I made a purchase exceeding $100 in November 2025 but never received it. They attempted to assert that my order had been delivered, and when I asked for proof of delivery, they ceased all communication. This appears to be a scam; please stay vigilant!
I recently purchased a product that is awful and doesn't fit at all. To make matters worse, I've learned that I need to return it to a distant location. This company should be monitored closely as they shouldn't be allowed to operate in the market. The internet is rife with scams, and this is certainly one of them. I plan to dispute this charge with my credit card provider.
