If I could give them .000001 of a star, I would. I ordered a top and matching bottom on June 12th. I noted in my order that I needed it within 8 days. Their website says it will arrive between 7-10 days. They did not respond. I wrote them again as I did not receive a tracking number. I then asked them to cancel the order because it will not arrive on time. They said they can not because then they would "lose control of the order", whatever that means. Today I asked them for the tracking number and they said they don't have one because it will not ship for another two days. Huh? Then why can't they cancel it, or haven cancelled it two days ago when I told them I no longer need it. They lie and say they have a California address but when you call the number, it's a bot saying they're not available - they are never available. I have called around the clock and get the same recording every time. I do not order things from China out of principal and becuase their quality is horrible so I always search sites to make sure they're not Chinese. This website says they're based in Germany. I looked all over the web to find them in Germay, that is a lie. Do not order from them. They are liars and undependable.
