Misrepresented products and fraudulent return process. They claim to offer returns, but attempt to negotiate to provide partial refunds by allowing you to keep product. Upon refusal of the partial refund, they threaten the cost, hassle and timeline for a return to China which also requires a fraudulent declaration of value based on sales price. The quality, description and features of the product were all completely misrepresented and totally inconsistent with the items I received.
