I wish I read reviews about this company before I ordered bride shoes from this ordinary website.The quality is very poor, it feels like the shoes are made out of cardboard and the site doesn't feet. I wanted to return. They don't pay you back the shipping for delivery of your order, neither for return. Plus, they say they take 15% taxes on your return for environment... If you want to contact them in regards to your return, because they don't mention on their website where to ship back your product, be aware that they reply every 2 days and also consider you need to return your product 2 weeks after delivery. So you won't be in time. Moreover, they ask you to send pictures as a proof for the reason why you want to return your product. Which is illegal in Europe, nobody is asking you such a thing for online shopping, but only an ordinary Chinese scam company would do that. Never order from this website!!!
