I ordered two cat water fountains, and after a long wait, they finally arrived. Unfortunately, my cats were uninterested in them. I attempted to reach out via chat on the website, but they responded through email. After five emails, they informed me that sale items weren't covered by their guarantee and offered a 20% refund as a goodwill gesture. In my view, this company is not trustworthy, and I would strongly advise against engaging with them.
