We have two Ragdoll cats who absolutely adore the Spiral Purr toy, and they haven't managed to get the ball out yet, which is impressive. I’m also pleased with the self-cleaning slicker brush; it's gentle and effective on their thick fur. One of our cats usually bites the brush, but he was much calmer with this one. Overall, I am very satisfied with the products and the entire experience.
