I bought a dressing gown and two pairs of trainers in one order. The dressing gown arrived quickly but needs to be returned due to sizing issues (the returns process is manual, as they don’t have an automated system). However, the trainers are stuck in customs. They were sent from outside the country, which wasn’t mentioned during purchase. The package is currently in Philadelphia with unpaid customs fees due to incorrect invoices from the seller. This information was not disclosed in any part of the app or order details. I will be resolving this via email or refusing delivery and contacting my credit card company regarding this misleading sale.
