Do not use this company. Extremely dishonest. First thing they sell you a bill of goods they cannot deliver on. Even after speaking to 2 of their reps, they flat out lied about their services and what was on in terms of packing requirements. They say a 2 week delivery time unless you pay a 1000 dollar expedited fee for delivery within 3-4 days. After an extensive 2 hour plus call with their "QA" rep over all items in the house and storage unit, along with pictures and video, they still significantly underestimated the space needed in the truck for the move. We were initially quoted 10k for the move, and when the moving team finally showed up, several hours late, the price jumped up 2k. They brought too small a truck and ended up discarding a few thousand dollars worth of our possessions when we left. Which we only found out about when our realtor sent us pictures for the junk hauler. They also did not have the space for our storage unit and refused to correct that error and wanted to charge an extra 2k to pick that up as well. After many phone calls with Victoria, they refused to acknowledge their deception and mistakes. So we still have to find another mover for our storage unit. Thru did refund us 1k because the delivery drivers were well over 24 hours late from our promised delivery window. And on the complaint I filed with the better business bureau they flat out lied about the conversations I had with the delivery driver. When our possessions friendly arrived they were haphazardly packed, which was another lie their sales person told us. Thankfully there was minimal damage. There was morning positive about the experience with them. Hopefully the complaints I filled with the FTC and state attorney general put this garage company out of business. And as you can see in their response the dishonesty continues. The driver called me and said he wasn't going to make it that day. Said he'd be there at 5 the next day as he was still a state away. Didn't end up showing up until 9pm the following day. They had pictures and video of the additional items and STILL got their size estimate wrong. They're is nothing honest about this company. From Chase the salesperson, to Victoria their " customer service" Rep. They lie lie lie. And as you can see they gaslight, and manipulate words to try to cover their failings. DO NOT trust this company. They will br hearing from the Carolina State attorney. The Florida State attorney and hopefully be getting shut downP.s. there WERE NOT more items than discussed. Your QA person failed to get the counts correct. He was told 40 boxes, but the estimate only had 30. If you had any integrity you would have sent audio to me so I could point out every single thing your person neglected to put on there. What you keep failing to acknowledge is the shelves that we were told by both Chase and the QA person that were on to be wrapped in plastic and all the items could stay on them. It was the additional 300cu ft of space that you LIED about.
