The Miles interface is not user-friendly and led me to unintentionally purchase a yearly subscription instead of a monthly one. Upon realizing this, I contacted Miles immediately. Five days have passed without any response whatsoever.In parallel, the Miles team had no issue asking me to rate their response regarding a dirty car, which makes the lack of acknowledgment on a billing issue even more frustrating.The concept and the rest of the application are genuinely good. Unfortunately, the extremely poor customer service overshadows these strengths and has made me regret using the service in the first place.
