I had some problems opening the door after one day of renting a car probably because of internet disturbances on my iphone. Miss Zoe told me just to open a new renal contract so at least i could open my doors. It worked out well but the only thing was, that I got a second incasso on my bankaccount. Miss Zoe told me to send a mail after ending the rental contract, explaining the situation and then I would get back my payment. So I did after ending the contract for the same car.
