Very intransparent pricing models. Rented a van from Wedding to Neukölln and back to pick up a shelf. On the way there I used the highway, because it was a few minutes quicker than going through the city. This brought the total kilometers driven to 42, instead of around 30, if I had gone through the city twice. I expected to pay somewhere between 30 and 40€ given the distance and the time parked. When I ended the rental, it's suddenly 65€ because apparently the day rate is charged from 35km upwards (which is a very regular distance for a two-way trip in Berlin, certainly not worth a whole day package). My 80€ shelf now suddenly cost 150€... Thanks for nothing Miles. This policy is quite intrasparent and not very useful for people running errands in Berlin (which is probably the whole reason they do it). I wish good old Robben and Wintjes was back. Given this pricing model, I can't recommend Miles for moving stuff around the city, stay away.
