I've been using Miles in Berlin, Germany, twice a day for several years. While the convenience is great, the condition of the vehicles has gone seriously downhill. The interiors have been consistently dirty — sticky steering wheels, leftover trash, stains on the seats, and unpleasant smells. It seems like proper cleaning between users is no longer happening. For a paid service, this is unacceptable.
