Their responses were repetitive, showed no real understanding of the problem, and offered no solution whatsoever.What’s even more disappointing is the total lack of human connection or effort to retain a loyal customer. No goodwill gesture, no empathy, no respect—it’s simply unacceptable.After this experience, I will no longer use your app, and I will make sure my family and friends are aware of how poorly you treat your customers.
