Unreasonable customer service. I got my account permanently banned after refusing to send copies of my ID over email which made no sense as they’ve been verified securely over the app (after they supposedly couldn’t identify me over the phone even though I called from my registered number on the app). No thanks, they got expensive anyway and the cocky response from their CS a la “don’t try to make another account it won’t change our decision” was to laugh at. I made another account after deciding that I’ll give this app another go and them never once mentioning I’ve been banned, only placing a message on the app “contact customer service” AFTER taking my card details again etc. Dodgy and weird.
