There was no phone number where I could reach an agent to understand the cause of the suspension. I got an email saying your account is suspended, and the decision is final. You can see that 55% are only five stars, and 30% + are one star. That means your function is not working. It's time for self-reflection. This company is running on arrogance rather than customer service. Recently, when I speak in general, people are unhappy about the unknown reasons for the suspension. As the community grows, such negative feedback spreads faster than good words.Well, all good. Still, public transport and other mobility services are at the top in Munich. If there are no happy customers, then there is no business. One last request: please do not write back. Getting humans behind the desk to support your customer success is better than AI and Chatbots!
