I had a very disappointing experience with Miles. They charged me excessive service fees for a service I did not ask This lack of transparency and choice is unacceptable.Despite my attempts to resolve the issue, I received no refund or satisfactory response after a week of waiting. I cannot recommend Miles due to their poor customer service and unfair practices. Save your money and look for a better alternative!
