Was charged nearly 30€ for an administrative fee as they just resent me a fine ticket from the police ( speeding ticket ) plus the fine payed directly to the police ) but nearly €30 just to resent an e mail from the police is too much I think. 30€ for Miles to take from my card. As a loyal customer I will avoid them at allCost . Also they use a lie 🤥 such as it was for parking or towing ticket bla bla. Mine was just a speeding ticket ( according the police report with my picture as I was driving and all details. But glad that I closed my amount with them as they can ScamYou for much much more and use their lie and excuses. Also tried to call them there was no respond also an e mail no respond for so many days ….. they are fast to help themselves to take your money from your credit card without letting you know beforehand but unwilling to communicate with you.
