Miles has not reimbursed the payment of the gas that I paid with my own money. They changed the method of paying the gas - before each car had its own credit card, and now the users need to pay with the app - but that feature does not work at all. I paid with my own money because the payment through the app didnt work, and I sent the ticket to miles through a Chat Bot, which thats the only way to reach "them", and according to the ChatBot, I was going to get reimbursed. Now, one month has passed, I have talked finally to a "real" person, apparently, Sebastian, who said they already processed the reimbursement, which obviously its not true cause I have not received my money for a month now. Miles, please pay me back, and make sure the app works if you want to implement such features! You are playing with customers' money!!
