The representatives were unprofessional, indifferent, and unhelpful. This situation raises serious concerns about the accuracy of your claims and how your company handles such issues. From my perspective, this appears to be an attempt to mislead customers, which is completely unacceptable.Therefore, I formally request a written response addressing the following questions: 1. Why was I sent a false accident report? 2. On what basis was this accident report sent to me? 3. Why were my emails ignored, and why was the case closed without any explanation? 4. Who will compensate me for the stress and frustration I have experienced over the past two days?I expect this unjust situation to be addressed and resolved appropriately. If I do not receive a satisfactory response, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter further. I demand that my complaint be taken seriously and that I receive a professional and prompt response.
