I completed a ride on Friday 7th and ended the ride. The full bill of €259.99 was settled from my account automatically straight away. Two days later on Sunday evening (9th) the full payment was taken from my account a second time. I called them Mon morning and was told to write an email with screenshots of payments. Did this, received a terrible generic response not actually answering the problem. Contacted them again, told it was being passed on the relevant person. Three days later and still no action taken from their side to resolve it and return the money. Terrible response given that they have effectively stolen €259.99 from my bank account. Will not be using their services again and strongly advise against it.
