I initially backed a product from this company on a crowdfunding platform, hoping to get something innovative. However, I quickly realized that their products are nothing more than copies of Reekon’s designs. The shipment was delayed repeatedly, and it took several months before I received anything. After receiving the product, I encountered issues and reached out to customer service for support, but they completely ignored me. I thought maybe I was just an isolated case, but after looking around, I found out many others had the same terrible experience.The customer service is non-existent, and they refuse to help resolve any issues. I will never purchase from this brand again. Reekon’s success isn’t just because of the great products, but also because of their excellent after-sales support, which builds real loyalty. This experience has taught me the importance of doing thorough research before buying from any brand. This was hands down the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had.
