Frustrating Support Experience

I sent multiple emails to various support addresses and used their contact form, but responses were significantly delayed and often incomplete. I even called the toll-free number to reach U.S.-based support, only to find out there isn't any. The representative couldn't even share her location, and the information she provided was incorrect. Good luck if you need warranty support or wish to return a product.

Caution Advised

Support is virtually non-existent, and the timelines on the website seem completely fabricated. I ordered on September 27th with a promised delivery in about five days. It's now October 6th, and only after escalating to a payment service did I receive a response, stating they might ship it by the 10th due to stock issues. There was no mention of stock problems on the website, nor did they inform me they were on holiday until the 8th.

Too Many Issues for One Star

One star is still too generous. I ordered a rangefinder six weeks ago but received no updates on delivery. I contacted customer support three times with no reply. They take your money immediately but provide no communication afterward. I do not trust this company.
