Ridiculously poor customer service

Ridiculously poor customer service. The website repeatedly said there was a problem with my info, to check and try again. After doing this twice I gave up. Imagine my surprise when 3 charges showed up for the one item. I immediately contacted customer service who responded with, “ We are unable to systematically void them, and the release of funds must be done per your bank or card issuers regulations. Our suggestion is to contact your provider to find out what their specific regulations are for releasing these pre-authorizations.” Is that customer service? The response also suggested the error was mine, “ All the billing information has to be correct for a successful authorization. If you are incurring multiple authorizations, it is generally due to a mis-key of pertinent information such as your billing address for the card being used, the card number, card expiration date or its CVV code.” The same error message remained on the screen for my attempted purchase when I decided their website wasn’t working and closed the tab.I have screenshots of the page showing the error message and the customer service page showing an item in my cart 11 minutes later. Seems this site is either run very poorly, or is a scam. ***Wanted to add that the charges WERE reversed, and the issue has been resolved.
