I strongly advise against using this service. After weeks of sending emails and messages through the AI assistant, there has been no response! All I received were more forms that led to nowhere. I essentially paid hundreds for glasses, but only parts arrived, and they are terrible! It's better to spend a bit more with a reliable company. They have just taken my money and disappeared! Absolutely unacceptable. They tried to blame the postal service, but the package was incomplete. Stay away! Update: What a farce? I finally received a reply stating I just need to provide details. I wish I could share evidence of my numerous emails. For anyone reading this, they still have not contacted me directly, yet they made sure to respond on a review platform. I assure you, there has been no communication with me. Avoid this service!
