I have ordered a few items including some pairs of Mechanix gloves and some pants in France. What I received was a package full of dead weight (heavy bolts) shipped from Poland. No customer service response to my emails, very disappointing.

I am quite dissatisfied with my experience with this supplier. While the main delay was due to the courier, the supplier also shares the blame for the overall situation. My order arrived over a month late, and throughout this time, I struggled to receive adequate support. The major issue lies in the ineffective customer service. There is no viable option to communicate with a representative in a foreign language, making interactions extremely challenging. My payment was processed immediately, but when significant delivery problems arose, I couldn’t reach anyone capable of assisting or providing solutions, like expediting the shipment or giving clear updates. When conducting international business and taking customers' payments upfront, it's essential to offer accessible and responsive support. Unfortunately, this was not the case here. I cannot recommend this supplier unless they significantly enhance their customer care and communication. I rated it higher than 1 star due to the quality of the jacket, which is genuinely good.
It appears that customer support is no longer a priority—perhaps the entire team has been redirected to other projects, as answering calls seems to be off their radar. Days pass without anyone answering, and emails seem to disappear without a trace.

I am not having a good experience with this service. I placed an order on the 11th of December, and now on the 19th, I am still waiting for it to arrive. The tracking information provided is ineffective; the postal service has been waiting for the parcel for over a week, and even when they receive it, I still have to wait an additional 48 hours. I have attempted to reach out via email, online form, and phone, but have not received any help, despite the website claiming they are available 24/7. Today, I finally received a response that ignored my delivery issue and offered me a mere 5% discount on my next order. "We apologize for the delayed response. As a gesture of goodwill, we have issued a discount code 1X15S5R5, offering 5% off valid until 31/01/2026.
If your issue remains unresolved, please reply to this email." Why would I consider placing another order when they can't even resolve the current one? This service is truly disappointing, and it's incredibly frustrating to receive no support when contacting them about a problem.
I had a very disappointing experience with support. I ordered six items, but only five were delivered. I expected the missing item to arrive later, but after several days without updates, I reached out to the support team. They took days to respond and asked for photos of what I received and the packaging. I provided the requested images, but then they went silent. After waiting some more, I contacted them again, and they mentioned they were looking into the issue. I don't see what there is to investigate; I simply didn't receive what I paid for. Then they went quiet again. A week later, I tried reaching out once more, and they again requested pictures of the packaging. As if I still had the delivery bag from weeks ago! The support is truly inadequate. I feel cheated. They made a mistake by not including all my items and now are doing nothing to resolve it, just delaying and ignoring my messages.
This site is a complete scam, and I regret not checking the negative reviews before placing my order. DO NOT make a purchase here, as you will likely receive counterfeit products or extremely poor quality for an exorbitant price. I requested a refund, but after reading the negative reviews, I doubt I will ever see my money again.
