I've used Milk & More on and off for a few years now. I've always liked the idea of the glass bottles and having milk delivered to your door, albeit the milk doesn't last as long as shop-bought.
Unfortunately, I woke up on Monday to find only half my order had been delivered. I emailed customer service, which I had previously found to be good, but unfortunately they didn't believe me. They tried to blame someone for stealing just one bottle - not two - straight off our doorstep.
If they can't trust me over one bottle of milk, I won't be using them again.
