Stuff always left OUTSIDE the BOX PROVIDED are they crazy? Instructions in the order to put things in the box. Fruit and Veg is forever out of stock why bother… i don’t know how much longer will i put up with Milk and More its only like my 6th or 7th order, missing stuff, broken eggs, bloated milk carton
I love Milk & More, getting older makes carrying milk a lot harder. This delivery is reliable, and is a traditional way of getting milk on my doorstep, I even like washing the glass bottles. The delivery person is consistently punctual, regardless of the weather, and always follows the requested instructions for leaving additional orders. Rarely misses a delivery and offers a great selection of dairy products and other groceries. Always grateful for the service provided. Thank you! No further needs at this time.
I have been using this service for about a year, but I've faced multiple delivery problems. Today, once again, my order didn't arrive, and the empty bottles were still left outside. When I contacted the support team, they insisted that I live on a private road, despite being in a housing estate. I've provided them with photos of the street name and my front door, so it's clear that someone else received my order. My account specifies that deliveries should be left in the electric cupboard, but they consistently leave them outside, making them vulnerable to theft. This service has been incredibly frustrating, and I cannot recommend them to anyone. I will no longer be using them.
The company advertised a new wholemeal bread that I checked for palm oil and decided to order for today, especially since it was highlighted as new. However, the delivery did not include the bread! As a long-time customer, I am disappointed. If this bread is truly 'new from today' as stated on their website, why was it not included in my order on its first day of availability? My loyalty seems to mean nothing, as I now find myself without the bread I wanted and needed. I even refrained from buying any yesterday during my shopping trip, anticipating this order from the company. Now I am left without any bread, despite their promises!
The order did not arrive as promised. This is the second occurrence. The first delivery was significantly delayed, arriving late in the morning instead of the advertised time of 7 AM, making it useless for breakfast. The second order failed to arrive altogether!
The non-delivery of milk orders is happening more often. If an alternative is left, it’s not similar to what I originally ordered, and frequently, no milk is left at all. No delivery today during the holiday season, so the last milk I received was five days ago! I'm off to the store again! I used to have various products delivered, but they were either missing or close to expiry, so I stopped ordering them. Very unreliable service, and no response from customer support when I reached out.
Consistent service in any weather, delivered early before I head to work. I've relied on them for years. There's a good selection of products if you're in the mood for a little treat. The website is user-friendly for canceling deliveries during holidays or modifying my order. Great communication regarding any changes due to holiday schedules. Thank you.
