Really poor customer service. I went to pay for a one off delivery and the amount I was charged on my card was more than double than what it said it was going to be when I clicked pay. When I contacted customer service, it took 2 days of back and forth messaging to get them to admit to a “technical glitch” and then even then they returned the wrong amount. I won’t be ordering again! It’s a shame as I liked the deliveries but it should not have taken me so much effort to get them to correct their mistake.
