The company advertised a new wholemeal bread that I checked for palm oil and decided to order for today, especially since it was highlighted as new. However, the delivery did not include the bread! As a long-time customer, I am disappointed. If this bread is truly 'new from today' as stated on their website, why was it not included in my order on its first day of availability? My loyalty seems to mean nothing, as I now find myself without the bread I wanted and needed. I even refrained from buying any yesterday during my shopping trip, anticipating this order from the company. Now I am left without any bread, despite their promises!
