I have been using this service for about a year, but I've faced multiple delivery problems. Today, once again, my order didn't arrive, and the empty bottles were still left outside. When I contacted the support team, they insisted that I live on a private road, despite being in a housing estate. I've provided them with photos of the street name and my front door, so it's clear that someone else received my order. My account specifies that deliveries should be left in the electric cupboard, but they consistently leave them outside, making them vulnerable to theft. This service has been incredibly frustrating, and I cannot recommend them to anyone. I will no longer be using them.
