I misunderstood where to send the item and had it shipped to Poland rather than to the UK address first, and the girl who helped me with the issue was great. I was able to send a new sample. And even though their website and all comes had said that it would be too late for Christmas, they still managed to get it to me for early December. Would highly recommend.
