I will never order directly from the Miller Harris UK website again. I sent back a return of a perfume I paid £108 for with my information clearly labeled inside the parcel. Tracking information shows it was delivered and I have emailed customer service multiple times asking for confirmation of my refund but they still cannot locate my parcel. Good thing I paid for Klarna which is on my side since they verified the tracking information for the return and issued an express refund.
