I went to the Rockville location on 3/27/22 . I walked in nobody was up front . I waited awhile to be help . When finally placed my order which was only two items . I received cold food it only took 10 minutes to receive and everything was cold . If my food came out 10 minutes ago my mozzarella sticks should still be cheesy not stale and cold .Terrible I called several times no answer . I couldn’t go backThey responded on my review and of course I reached out to them the manager responded via email and asked me if I would like a gift card or when I came in I will receive a credit on my next meal I responded and have not heard back from them since thenThey always respond on your review to make themselves look good
