Review Time
I get a text that the delivery is here. I respond ok. I'm waiting and waiting. I asked, 'are you bringing it in?" He messages me it's at the door. Does he ring the bell? No! Did nothing to earn his 20% tip. Simple order, 3 items. Two of them Zingers with the same sauce and they forgot the sauce on both of them. Even at the bar it takes forever to get a food order with the bar 20% crowded. DONE!
Went to eat prime rib, I ask if they had any medium rare and was told they had plenty. Ordered two prime rib dinners. It come with just one side order. No salad and they don't serve bread. Food came out cold and way over cooked. We were so hungry we ate what we could. I told the waiter that we were not happy with the food. I payed full price and left a tip, never again. Worst prime rib I have ever had. I didn't even waste my time with left overs because I wouldn't have fed it to a dog. This was at the Snellville, Georgia location.
1- They put me on hold twice to place an order so I've been waiting for 12 minutes now for the Gatlin store in Port St Lucie, 2/27/25 7:15 pm. 2- This is insulting that I have to press 1 to have a message in English. I just hung up after 13 minutes waiting on the phone, I will be ordering from another restaurant since they don't seem to want my money.
Last night we went to dinner and besides people leaving we still had to wait almost twenty-five minutes to get a seat. The music was turned up excessively load to the point people sitting less than two feet apart could not hear each other. The service was slow, and it took longer to get our food than necessary. After being the restaurant business and knowing how it should be managed this was nothing more than a bar atmosphere having to be load for other people to hear each other. I do not appreciate this type of place and will not be returning.
Jacksonville, FlGo into Millers for lunch with the wife. We get seated prior to sitting she went to the restroom, while looking over the menu a roach went scurrying across the back of her seat. Got the phone out and I swear he tipped his hat at me. The manager came by and I told him, his response? Youwant a table for 3? Haha C ya
