I was short on time and had forgotten my glasses! Pam was absolutely brilliant, I told her what I needed: walking boots, walking trousers, over trousers and pac-a-mac coat and she whisked me around the store like a person shopper. I tried things on and Pam kept handing me different items to try. I was all done and dusted in no time at all. I am very happy customer, ready for the Easter hiking weekend now. Thank you so much.
Another staff member to mention is Simon, who retied my boot laces to accommodate my arch support so that it wasn’t tight on top, a very knowledgeable chap. Delighted with the service in this store. I’ll definitely be back.
