I visited millets in the bath store today to replace my faulty walking shoes I got served Gary and Josh who were kindly happy to help j showed my receipt and i had my old shoes replaced for some new ones. I will be visiting this store again
Item was missing the rechargeable battery pack and the case rendering it unusable. Its a near £50 item. The box itself looked tampered with so I am surprised this was even sent out on an online order. The only response from customer service has been return the item without any suggestion of covering the cost of this or the inconvenience caused
I was served by Keira who showed considerable product knowledge and gave me exceptional advise. The store was well laid out and there were some excellent offers available. Although I didn’t spend much on this visit, I have every intention of returning to this store to buys boots and socks
I went into Millets looking for a rucksack for travelling and was guided by the incredibly knowledgeable Phil! I was shown the proper fitting techniques and Phil was kind enough to share some tips and tricks for travelling. I left with a nice new bag :-)
I had a pair of Peter Storm boots given to me for a birthday present (awesome boots btw), 2 months later, the soles had come away. Going into the store and explaining to Andy, and without a receipt, they changed them right away without question. I antisapated to be turned away, that's why I wore them into the store, only I was leaving with a brand new pair. - Thanks Andy and co !
Malia provided an exceptional level of customer service today. She was polite and went above and beyond in attempting to process some returns, trying different systems and even calling another store manager. She showed a level of professionalism and perseverance which is all too rare in the retail sector. I'm sure other people would have said, sorry, come back another time or call our head office. However, she chose to persist until fully resolved. Millets are very fortunate to have her. Many thanks!
I ordered a and paid for sleeping bag, then received an email saying my order had been cancelled. No reason was given and the refund will take up to 10 days to reach my account. Hopeless.
I am really saddened by the decision to close the local store. This shouldn't be happening. I will miss the fantastic store manager and the other team members. Shopping there was a pleasure. Wishing all the best for the staff. Take care, I will miss you all dearly. Stay blessed 🙏
