Malia provided an exceptional level of customer service today. She was polite and went above and beyond in attempting to process some returns, trying different systems and even calling another store manager. She showed a level of professionalism and perseverance which is all too rare in the retail sector. I'm sure other people would have said, sorry, come back another time or call our head office.
