Ordered an anniversary cookie for our first wedding anniversary. It arrived damaged and completely ruined the occasion.
Despite this, Millie’s Cookies refused a full refund and would only offer a replacement or 50% off, even though damaged goods should be fully refunded.
For a £26 cookie and a large company, this is unacceptable. Hiding behind policy instead of following basic consumer rights is extremely disappointing. I am now having to go to the effort of going to Trading Standards.
