I truly wish we could rate below one star. My previous employer transferred all our investments to this service, and it has been a nightmare ever since. I have been trying to close my account since last year. Recently, I attempted to withdraw my funds, and every day brings a new excuse for a delay of five more days. It feels like a constant struggle just to get accurate information. Each interaction with their team yields different responses. I'm almost expecting them to ask for a blood sample or DNA test. Avoid this service at all costs. They have no problem using your money, but when you want to withdraw, they seem to forget who you are—it's disheartening!
