As a new employee, my company relies on this service. I am baffled by how they continue to operate, as they seem unable to manage basic document transactions effectively. Their customer service is among the worst, lacking fundamental user experience and knowledge to handle financial matters.

Avoid this service at all costs. They have no problem using your money, but when you want to withdraw, they seem to forget who you are—it's disheartening!

It has taken over four months to address an issue with a tax form. The service seems to rely on external providers for various tasks, leading to significant delays. I have repeatedly requested important tax documents to be emailed or faxed to me. In this day and age, such service should be straightforward. If you're in need of loans or retirement services, I recommend looking elsewhere.
