My uncle passed away nearly 8 years ago without a will, leaving some funds in another country. Although there are around 20 beneficiaries, we are still waiting for payment. We've been handed off to four different solicitors (one of them twice) who have sent letters with incorrect names but the right address. It's been a continuous struggle. We've been told three times that the money was ready to be shared, but this never happened. They initially planned to distribute the funds from one location while waiting for the other, but then changed their minds again. I cannot recommend their services at all!
